ITRS  is an important international company dedicated to develop Real-Time Software based in Singapore, London, Hong Kong and Málaga. This company is searching for a Digital Marketing (SEO/Analytics web) for his office located in Malaga.

 


Requisitos

  • Responsible and able to deliver to deadline. You have project management skills and a proven ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously, regularly communicating progress to key stakeholders.
  • You easily see things from the perspective of others: our clients, your stakeholders, your teammates, and the website’s audiences.
  • Brand champion. You can quickly understand and internalize our ITRS brand and our specific goals, letting its unique personality shine through your content creation and marketing initiatives.

  • Risk-taker. You're willing to play, experiment, try, fail, and try again to solve problems and adopt new tools/channels.
  • Big-picture and detail-oriented. You’re meticulous about the fine details that make up our brand, and also think broadly about how the content produced creates a coherent big picture.
  • Marketing thought leader. You’re comfortable presenting work to stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind marketing initiatives with confidence based on your experience.
  • You’re eager to learn. You love technology and stay abreast of new marketing concepts and incorporate them thoughtfully into your work, where appropriate.
  • Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and engaging communication.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, advertising, or consulting either in the B2B technology space or from an agency with clients in that space.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms
  • BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong spoken and written English.

Funciones

We are looking for a bright marketer to drive our marketing engagement activities for our Financial Services target audiences.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team, working in our Malaga Office and reporting to our Head of Marketing (based in London).

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet
  • Generating monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance
  • Optimizing website and social media channels for SEO and usability
  • Developing, evaluating and overseeing the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures.
  • Organise from start-to-finish events in various locations: venue, invitations, speakers, follow-up etc. and contribute to the creation of a compelling agenda.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts – Twitter and LinkedIn – and leverage these channels to disseminate content and grow our online following.
  • Developing strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company, and our products, and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. Measure and report on their performance and apply any insights going forward. The successful candidate will be able to build on the strong rapport between Marketing and Inside Sales to further ensure success of these campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Product Managers and Sales to create timely and informative communications, including product updates, newsletters and more
  • Improve our marketing automation campaigns. Leverage the platform to deliver new efficiencies and manage the workflow between the marketing and sales team’s respective platforms (Pardot and Salesforce) to automate lead assignment and status tracking (Sales Accepted, Opportunity, Closed-Won etc.)
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target audiences, and own the company’s content calendar: blogs, white papers, client stories, videos etc.
  • Interpret data and customer insights to make well thought out recommendations regarding where to spend our budget (and time) for maximum impact and return.
