Important international company situated in Málaga, is looking for a Technical Merchant Integration Associate. The porpuse of this role is to coordinate and support the integration of existing and new merchants, providing them with support during their entire service lifecycle. This person needs speaks Portuguese.

Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
Relevant degree or equivalent education or work experience.
Degree in Business or Information Technology is an advantage.
Knowledge of software development processes.
Experience working in the payments or e-commerce industries.
Coordinate, support and follow the merchant integration process:
o Support sales meetings with the merchants
o Verify feasibility of merchant requests
o Request certificates and configuration.
Maintain personal knowledge of the product offering, assisting in presentations and training sessions with
Maintain product documentation, reviewing and updating user manuals.
Create and maintain merchant documentation:
o Merchant integration starter kit
o Manuals and FAQs
o Configuration forms, ensuring they are aligned with the contract
o Checklist for merchant configuration.
Coordinate standardization and optimization of product configuration (workflow, notifications, reports, user
Coordinate training for new and existing merchants.
Communicate with new and existing merchants for any new product/features offered.
Ensure stability of systems integrated through proper monitoring.
Inform internal teams about progress of the integration and hand over tasks.
Support merchants following the successful integration.
Undertake user rights and access management configurations.
